Responsibilities:
Oversees the day-to-day procedures and performance of the sales and customer service departments to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients Understands the overarching company mission, as well as communicates and models our core values of the organization, to create a sense of camaraderie and mentorship among employees Manages customer concerns with ease and ensures an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations Participates in office meetings expressing new and innovative ideas to improve sales margins and increase the efficiency of the sales and customer service team Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist direct reports in achieving enhanced performance Monitors the competitive environment within the community and makes recommendations to the direct leader regarding adjustments necessary to maintain a competitive position Contributes feedback to sales executives, including recommendations on new sales techniques and how we present products or sales promotions to new customers Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data Shadows senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge Business Management Trainee Requirements:
Finds creative problem solving rewarding and challenging Have a clear, compassionate, professional, and informative communication style Firm grasp on various training methods and techniques, with an emphasis on sales Exceptional presentation abilities and confident public speaking Natural leadership abilities and passion for helping others grow professionally Team player with a passion for making everyone feel heard and implementing new ideas Business Management or Business Administration degree is preferred Background in leadership, management, sales, customer service, or team lead positions are a plus Business Management Trainee Perks:
