An individual that has at least 1 year as a Dermatology Medical Assistant; as well as, experience in medical office management.
This is a growing, fast-paced, well established practice providing general dermatology services, Mohs surgery and cosmetic procedures and products.
Must be a quick learner able to work independently and as part of a team, and keep pace in this busy practice.
We will only consider candidates with dermatology experience and great attention to detail.
Experience and competence with EHR/EMR is essential.
Must be authorized and able to work without delay.

Job Description Our medical assistants are responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from the beginning to end of the appointment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for dermatology and skin care, provide excellent customer service skills, be reliable and professional, and enjoy creating relationships with patients and other staff members.
Spanish Speaking Required Responsibilities to Include:
Medical Assistant Responsibilities (back office):
Introduce the patient to our office and medical provider Efficiently prepare patients for their visit Take brief histories of reason for patient's visit Set up for and assisting physician in skin biopsies and surgeries Bandage of patient's biopsy and surgical sites Performing injections Sterilizing instruments Administering medications Assist physician in the documentation of the patient's visit Log biopsy specimens and ship specimens to outside laboratory Call patients to share laboratory results Assist in responding to phone calls from patients Clean medical instruments and exam rooms Educate patients on cosmetic procedures and products Organize photos for patient charts Become familiar with skin care products, cosmetic procedures, and our practice goals Management Responsibilities (front office):
