This is a highly independent and autonomous position.
This role is well-suited for a focused student who wants to study on their downtime Ability to work without direct and constant supervision while remaining at the assigned post for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:
Greeting customers with warm enthusiasm and answering questions promptly, professionaly, and courteously.
Educating customers on diferent Happy Head products and services and provide recommendations that are best suited for the customer's needs Answering phone cals and responding to appointment requests, changes, and cancelations.
Promoting Happy Head services, promotions, deals, and retail.
Maintaining a clean, safe and serene work environment.
Directing a team of massage therapists and ensuring their appointments are on time with the booking calendar.
Anticipate and corect potential scheduling erors that may interfere with the calendar flow Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments Job Types:
