Accounting and Maintenance Support needed.
Salary to commensurate with experience.
Duties:
- Processing invoices from outside vendors - Coordinate and schedule maintenance techs and outside vendors with Residents - Back-bill Residents for work performed, as needed for Resident caused damages - Enter work orders for multiple Communities, and track to completion - Provide customer support and respond to inquiries - Utilize accounting software for financial tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading - Proficiency in using scheduling software to manage calendars and appointments - Experience in file management and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Customer service experience is preferred - Familiarity maintenance and/or contracting experience is helpful.
This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
The Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer support.
