Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing patients and payments.
Administer injections and applies dressings as instructed.
and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
Assist physician in preparing for exams.
Assist with scheduling of tests and treatments.
Monitor & maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment.
Maintain patient files, record and other information.
Attend required meetings and participate in learning initiatives.
Perform direct patient care as instructed by the physician.
Complete appropriate documentation on all patients treated.
Maintain appropriate communication and good interpersonal skills with Supervisors, staff and patients to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high valued service.
Report concerns, personal requests and patient issues.
Respect HIPAA patients' rights to privacy and confidentiality.
Maintain an orderly and professional working environment.
Report to work properly dressed according to the approved dress code.
Adhere to guidelines concerning working hours and break periods.
Manage time effectively to complete all patient treatments and related activities as assigned.
Maintain professional standards and procedures ensuring compliance with Corporate policies and with applicable regulations.
Keep equipment/exam rooms in a clean and safe condition at all times.
Perform related clerical duties such as filing, scanning, answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling patients as required.
Demonstrate teamwork & support to others by offering to help others.
Must have a great attitude and the ability to learn quickly at a fast pace.
