Accounts Receivable Specialist - Now Hiring

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide financial, administrative and clerical services in our South San Diego Warehouse (Otay Mesa Ca.
).
General
Responsibilities:
Contacts customers to request payment of delinquent accounts.
Negotiates payment of all current and past due accounts by direct telephone and written correspondence.
Confers with customers by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment.
Notifies appropriate parties if customer fails to respond.
Records information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
Researches customer claims of invoice payment and/or discrepancies.
Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging.
Reconciles customer accounts.
Maintains accounts receivable files.
What we look for:
1+year hands on Accounts Receivable experience or accounting background.
Proficient with Accounting Software:
QuickBooks, Sage etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Proficient communication skills both verbal and written Pay Rate :
