Vice President of Marketing
NW Recruiters is seeking a Vice President of Marketing. This role will be responsible for driving advertising and marketing programs consisting of SEM, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, channel promotions, trade show events and other programs designed to drive sales growth. You will also manage external agencies and manage the overall marketing programs budget.
Responsibilities:
Define overarching goals for marketing success and the metrics on which to measure
Own the media corporate brand and positioning and how it is used internally and externally
Drive the marketing efforts to expand the use of company products beyond its core audience
Provide the external viewpoint (customers, channel) to internal teams through direct and 3rd party research and analysis
Increase awareness of the company through multiple marketing and communication channels
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and report results
Drive the marketing-focus product launches for new and updated products and services
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop and manage channel and international marketing
Manage relationships with external agencies
Oversee the Media web properties and direct ecommerce infrastructure
Work with product management to develop effective product positioning and messaging
Provide creative support for external presentations
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor degree (BA / BS) required

years of experience in the marketing of technology-enabled consumer products or consumer electronics; experience with the online video / Over The Top content desirable

years of experience managing a cross-functional marketing team
3
years of experience in digital marketing and social media
Preferred
Qualifications:
Graduate degree/MBA preferred
Experienced in product marketing or product management - a product person at heart who understands how product and marketing work together to be viral
Strong analytics savvy and facility with numbers related to the marketing funnel; experience using reporting and analysis tools
Marketing integrated hardware/software/services solutions
Detail-oriented yet able to see and explain the big picture
Self-starter and able to drive projects in a quickly evolving environment
Experienced in successfully launching consumer electronics products
Active user of social media and understanding how to effectively use it to engage the Sling community
Intellectually rigorous, analytical, and curious
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into easily digestible messaging
Positive in attitude with a good sense of humor
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
